Our Sesame seed are been soaked in salted water in order to expand the outer shell and help in the process of peeling and get rid of unwanted Salmonella in the finished product. Later on we wash with clean water and roast them for around 2 hours in 100-120 degrees the get rid of all iner humidity.
Once the Sesame is roasted we shift it to a peeling machine to get rid of the outer shell.
Once we are left with clean hulled sesame, we grind them twice with millstones the get the right creamy texture.
